Welcome to National Dry Cleaners. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Agreement

• By giving your garments/items to National Dry Cleaners, you authorize us to clean, treat, and finish them according to industry standards.

• We handle all items with utmost care, but cleaning is undertaken at the customer’s risk unless otherwise stated.

2. Garment Inspection & Liability

• All items are inspected upon receipt. Any existing damage, stains, or defects will be noted.

• We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, especially those that are permanent or untreated for long periods.

• While we take every precaution, National Dry Cleaners is not liable for:

  • Wear and tear, shrinkage, or color fading due to the nature of the fabric.

  • Items with missing or incorrect care labels.

  • Damage to buttons, zippers, beads, sequins, or accessories attached to garments.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

• In rare cases of loss or damage, compensation will be limited to 5 times the cleaning cost of the item or as determined by industry practice, not the original purchase price.

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of collection/delivery with a valid receipt.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery

• We provide pick-up and delivery services within specified areas. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability at the agreed time.

• If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon order completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept [list payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, online transfers, etc.].

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed rate.

6. Uncollected Items

• Items not collected within 30 days of completion may be donated or disposed of responsibly.

• Customers must provide accurate information about fabric type, prior stains, and special care instructions.

• Failure to disclose such information may limit our liability in case of damage.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We value your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• National Dry Cleaners reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

10. Governing Law
